Ok so I have a confession. I'm 27 years old and I just bought my first really good pair of jeans last week. Now I'm using the term "good jeans" in a few different types of context. Durability, Fit, & Price. To me, these three factors construct a good pair of jeans for me. And the crazy thing is, I found them in a store that I've never been in before and a store I went into randomly out of curiosity. I found two pair of amazing jeans at Express! Before this moment, I had never bought anything from there, next thing you know I try them on and have to cop them immediately. Let's break down these three factors:
Now as a husky gentleman (#bigboythiccc), I've known the disappointment of getting excited about putting on your favorite pair of jeans and planning your whole outfit, just to find out that there's a tear in the inner thigh (cues sad music). The problem that would occur a lot of times would be finding good jeans that feel good and that don't feel cheap. I got away for years finessing cheap $15 jeans from Forman Mills but it wasn't much of a finesse because they didn't last long. They'd last for about 4-6 months then the material would wear out or rip if I moved a certain way. But not with these Express Jeans! These Express Jeans are firm, made out of great material and make my outfits 🔥!
I have a weird pants size so sometimes it gets hard to find jeans that are my type of fit. I enjoy jeans that are a comfortable fit that give me room to move but not too loose, Slim or Slim Straight preferably. Now usually pants in those sizes don't do any of that. Sometimes they're baggy, a bit too much space and flare out a bit too much at the bottom. I like to show off my shoes (Sneaker Appreciation Post coming soon) and if my jeans aren't slim straight the shoes are a bit more hidden. But with Express' Slim Straight Jeans give me the fit I need and the shoe coverage that makes me happy.
These jeans are a bit pricier than I'm used to when it comes to buying jeans but coming from buying cheap $20 jeans from random places, I'm sure anything would seem costly at that rate. Now the jeans I got were on a buy one, get one 40% off deal and came up to about $110. Now granted, that's not cheap but seeing how I'm coming from a place of having to replace jeans every 6 months due to wear & tear or just cheap material, this is a steal. Especially since I'll be keeping these jeans in rotation for a good while, I'll gladly pay a bit more for value.
Wrap It Up Coach:
Express Jeans are where it's at for me. The fit, the price, the style and the durability make these Express Jeans my go to for jeans and I'm on the way to go get some more as we speak (I'm serious! They have a 70% off sale going on right now) So for the guys that are #biyboythiccc or just looking for a nice pair of jeans that'll last you for a good while, be sure to stop past your nearest Express store! This isn't a sponsored post, just really digging the product! Haha!
